What is the cancellation policy?
The option to cancel an order is available to customers only until the vendor accepts the order. Once the vendor accepts the order, customers cannot cancel it themselves. However, customers can still request cancellation by contacting support@vamazamall.com or calling customer care. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 20% of the order value will be charged. • For prepaid orders, the cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method. • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the cancellation fee will be adjusted in the next order. • Any amount paid will be credited into the same account through which the payment was made.
